Sisters Sentenced For Heroin
Two Marinette sisters are sentenced to prison for drug charges. 19-year old Cheri Branham and 21-year old Christi Branham were sentenced in Marinette County Court this week. Both sisters faced charges stemming from a traffic stop on U.S. 41 in May. Police allegedly found them in possession of heroin while returning to the local area from Chicago. Christi Branham pleaded no contest to one count of Possession of Narcotic Drugs from that incident. Cheri Branham pleaded no contest to a similar charge from a separate traffic stop in March within the City of Marinette where she was allegedly found in possession of Heroin. Both women were sentenced to one year in prison.
