Child Pornography Arrest
A Marinette man is facing charges for allegedly possessing child pornography. Matthew B. Motsinger was arrested last week after a search warrant was executed at his Marinette residence. The child pornography was allegedly found on his computer. While police were questioning him about the contents of his computer, Motsinger allegedly attempted to tear out the computer’s wiring. According to the police report, a struggle ensued and Motsinger had to be tasered. Motsinger is facing charges of Possession of Child Pornography and Obstructing an Officer. He’s scheduled to appear with counsel in Marinette County Court on Monday.
