Attempted Theft Leads To Prison
A Green Bay resident is sentenced to prison for an attempted theft in Marinette County. Joseph M. Kaminsky was arrested in December for allegedly attempting to break into a video poker machine at a truck stop in the Town of Grover. Police responded to the incident and followed footprints in the snow which allegedly led them to Kaminsky, who was hiding under a tree. Kaminsky entered no contest pleas to charges of Attempted Theft and Criminal Damage to Property. He was sentenced to one year and two months in prison.
