Child Porn Prelim Set
A preliminary hearing is set for a Marinette man accused of possessing child pornography. The child pornography was allegedly found on 32-year old Matthew B. Motsinger’s computer during a warranted search of his residence in February. While police were questioning him about the contents of his computer, Motsinger allegedly attempted to destroy the computer’s wiring. According to the police report, a struggle ensued and Motsinger had to be tasered. Motsinger is facing charges of Possession of Child Pornography and Obstructing an Officer. He appeared in Marinette County Court Monday and has a preliminary hearing set for March 11th.
