Niagara Burglar Sentenced
A Niagara man is sentenced to prison for charges stemming from two burglaries. 28-year old Andrew-T-Giguere is alleged to have broken into the North Star Bar in Niagara in August and stolen cash. He’s also charged with a burglary at a Town of Niagara residence in which a safe with over $50,000 was reported stolen. Giguere entered guilty pleas to charges of Burglary and Theft in December. Last week in Marinette County Court...he was sentenced to five years in prison. Giguere’s alleged accomplice in the home burglary, 27-year old Sheryl Ann Swiontek of Norway, is scheduled to be sentenced on April 12th.
