Prison For Growing Pot
A UP man will avoid prison for growing pot in northern Marinette County. Police arrested 39-year old Eric Warmboe of Channing Michigan in September. He and another man were allegedly caught at a marijuana growing site with over 50 plants in the Town of Beaver. Warmboe pleaded no contest to one count of Manufacturing THC. Last week, his prison sentence was stayed and instead, Warmboe was ordered to serve 90 days in jail and two years of probation.
