Menominee's Master Plan
It’s a requirement from the State of Michigan that every municipality update its Master Plan every five years. So Menominee is hoping to do just that over the next month or so. The city’s Planning Commission is responsible for putting together the new Master Plan for the city council’s approval. A few council members may take issue with some of the changes in the plan, which will probably come to the forefront when the Planning Commission formally presents the new Master Plan to the city council next month.
